Die Route unseres kommenden Trips auf die malaiische Halbinsel steht erstmals fest, bevor wir den hiesigen Flughafen ansteuern. Werden wir älter? Zwangsläufig, sind aber auch andere Umstände, diesmal. Hier zum einstimmen schonmal unser Reiseverlauf:

1. Ankunft am KL International Airport & Transfer zum Hotel mittels KLIA Ekspres & LRT (Kelana Jaya Line von KL Sentral zum KLCC)
2. Drei Übernachtungen im Impiana KLCC Hotel & Spa mit Blick vom Infinity Pool auf die Petronas Towers
3. Stadturlaub in KL mit alten und neuen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sicherlich “window shopping” auf der Jalan Petaling, indisch Essen auf Bananenblättern in einem kleinen Restaurant in der Nähe der Pudu Bus Station, Bücher stöbern im Kinokuniya, Isetan, vielleicht wieder hinauf zum KL Tower
4. Übernacht-Bahnfahrt mit dem Senandung Langkawi (Superior Night Class – klingt aber besser, als es sein wird), Ziel an der Küste ist Alor Setar
5. Von dort mit der Fähre nach Langkawi und sieben Nächte Aufenthalte im Berjaya Langkawi Resort (“Rainforest Studio“), danach drei Nächte Aufenthalt im Bon Ton Resort (“Yellow Orchid“) – JEWEILS GEPFLEGTES NICHTSTUN
6. Morgenflug mit Air Asia nach Singapur, drei Übernachtungen im Porcelain Hotel Singapore
7. Stadturlaub in SIN mit alten und neuen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Treffen mit Arbeitskollegen (Keith Ou bereits bestätigt)
8. Rückflug nach FRA mit dem A380 (Holzklasse, was sonst?)

Ist Vorfreude die schönste Freude? Vielleicht, aber wir werden sehen…

For the first time the route for our next trip which will bring us to the Malaysian Peninsula is fixed before we even start towards the airport over here. Are we getting old? Unavoidable, but there are other constraints, this time. To familiarize yourself here our itinerary:

1. Arrival at KL International Airport & transfer to Hotel using KLIA Ekspres & LRT (Kelana Jaya Line from KL Sentral to KLCC)
2. Three nights @Impiana KLCC Hotel & Spa with a view from the Infinity Pool to the Petronas Towers
3. City holiday in KL with old and new sights, for sure some “window shopping” on Jalan Petaling, indian food on banana leaves in a small restaurant close to Pudu bus station, crawling for books in Kinokuniya, Isetan, maybe up to KL Tower
4. Overnight train ride with Senandung Langkawi (Superior Night Class – it sounds better than it actually is) to the coast, Alor Setra
5. From there ferry to Langkawi & seven nights stay in the Berjaya Langkawi Resort (“Rainforest Studio“), afterwards three nights stay in the Bon Ton Resort (“Yellow Orchid“) – IN BOTH CASES SWEET IDLENESS
6. Morning flight with Air Asia to Singapore, three nights @Porcelain Hotel Singapore
7. City holiday in SIN with old and new sights, meeting colleagues (Keith Ou already confirmed)
8. Flight back to FRA with the A380 (coach, what else?)

Is joy always in the forecast? Maybe, we’ll see…
